OVERVIEW

The 40' Retreat Cabin is perfect for a weekend getaway at the ranch or hunting lease. This Cabin is entirely ready to use as soon as the utilities are connected. Fabricated from a 40' High Cube 1-Trip Shipping Container, the exterior of this unit includes a 36" Steel Entrance Door with Keyed Entry and two 36"x48" Windows that provide optimal natural light.

The Cabin's interior is finished with luxurious Real Pine Siding, Vinyl Flooring, and Cedar Trim. This unit also includes Spray Foam Insulation and two 17,600 BTU AC/Heat Units to help control the temperature year-round. Additionally, the 40' Retreat Cabin includes a Full Bathroom with Tankless Water Heater, a Large Galley-Style Kitchen with Hickory Cabinets and Large Sink, and a spacious Bedroom that features a Real Pine Barn Door entrance.

Choose a paint color from the paint options XCaliber Container keeps in inventory. Select from Sherwin-Williams - La Grange, Carbon, Steiglitz Fog, Hunter's Orange, Cross My Heart, Barnwood, and Swiss Coffee. Includes 2 complete coats on sides and roof.

40' Custom Paint

Choose any custom paint color. Have a color in mind? We'll match it! Custom paint has to be ordered and delivered to XCaliber's facility, which adds 2 weeks to the production time.

Game Hoist
