OVERVIEW

The 20' Retreat Cabins are a miniature version of our 40' Retreat Cabins. This Cabin is fabricated from a 20' New 1-Trip Shipping Container and incorporates an open-concept design. The exterior of this unit has one 3'x4' Window and a 36" Steel Door with Keyed Entry for extra security. The Cabin's interior combines a complete electrical package, 17,600 BTU AC/Heating Unit, Framing, Pine Siding and Cedar Trim, and 1/2lb Spray Foam Insulation to help regulate temperature year-round.

It also features a kitchen area with cabinets, a sink, a refrigerator, and a full bathroom with a toilet, shower, and tankless water heater. This 20' Cabin has all the essentials to live comfortably for an extended period of time Just add the furniture of your choice, hook up utilities, and enjoy!
